We want to revolutionize learning to drive, so we don't stop with road lessons. 
That one tricky intersection or confusing roundabout in your city is giving you a hard time? Ever wanted to experience first hand driving through Berlin during rush hour?  With our VR solution we provide realistic traffic scenarios, procedurally creating maps from real world data, so students can train in a fully safe and truly immersive environment. Our users do not drive on just any random road but we aim to fully re-create local exam drive areas of our partner schools. 
With just having shipped our first Beta version to customers this is the perfect time to make a mark and contribute to the future of driving education.

As a Technical Artist (Unreal / Procedural Pipelines)

• You build a robust procedural world creation pipeline which merges real world data and classical level design workflows
• You work together with a small team from system design, level design & driving school experts to meet educational design requirements in the created 3d world
• You are part of a small team of technical artists, engineering and 3D art to turn the design requirements into an immersive VR experience
• You see where your colleagues struggle and lend them a helping hand whenever possible
• You know how to plan your upcoming work in agreement with your colleagues' needs

You won't see hard requirements here for certain degrees or exact years of experience because we know everyone has their own unique journey. If you're brilliant at your craft, and are either an experienced collaborator or motivated to learn and excel at it, we'll know it when we see it.

YOU HAVE:

• Expert knowledge in Unreal 4/5 with focus on procedural art and content creation
• Solid understanding of content optimization techniques and realizing target visuals and performance on  limited target hardware
• Relevant participation on at least one shipped video game / simulation or comparable application

BIG PLUS FOR:

• Relevant experience in working with Houdini for procedural content creation in real time applications
• Relevant experience in performance profiling
• Relevant experience in building functionality with Unreal blueprints
• Experience using low poly modelling

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Relevant experience in building environments for VR applications
• Having worked on a driving game/simulator before
• You have worked in a distributed team for an extended period of time
